We manufacture stair treads for wood, metal or concrete constructions individually for you according to your dimensions or provided plan documents. Our modern, high-performance machinery allows all processing variants. You determine the degree of processing. Important to note

• Check panels for damage and condition and note any defects on the delivery note
• Unpack panels immediately upon receipt, remove pallets and tension straps
• Remove protective film from both sides
• Do not further process defective goods
• Late complaints will not be accepted

Characteristics

• The processed raw wood is technically dried to 8% ± 2%.
• The panel gluing is done with white glue and is exclusively suitable for indoor use in a balanced room climate (20–23°C room temperature and 40–50% relative humidity).
• Wood is a natural product; its inherent properties, deviations, and characteristics must always be taken into account. Its biological, physical, and chemical properties must be considered when using wood.
• Wood is hygroscopic and adapts to its ambient climate. Shrinkage, swelling, warping, and cracks are naturally caused and do not constitute grounds for complaint. Rather, they underline the naturalness of our premium solid wood panels.
• If necessary, the processor should seek professional advice. The range of natural color, structure, and other differences within a wood species are part of the characteristics of the natural product wood and do not constitute grounds for complaint or liability.
